Bright unit with shower.

The breakfasts here are delightful, especially with the flavorful strong coffee they serve.

It was central and very close to the station and near the shopping centre. It was basic and in a convenient location.

I did not like having the toilet outside the room. And the smell in the toilet.

Leaving

1. Entrance Hallway reminded me of a tramp infested urine filled dessolate 1970s car park. Terrible. 2. Very ugly/scary drug riddled prostitutes in the immeadiate locality. 3. The stench of ciggerette smoke in all corridors and rooms even when booking a non smoking room. 3 Days after leaving I still have a sore throat! 4. All three of us who stayed have come away with bites accross our bodies. 5. Sick and dribble riddled pillows which were so devoid of comfort all three of the party have a cricked kneck now! 6. Poo shelf in one of the toilets which allowed you to inspect your work.

We stayed in a tidy double room with a nice, refreshing shower. 🚿.

Never had a better trip before, everything was really good. It was an European building, the room was tidy and bright with the toilet down the hall. The location was fantastic and stunning, just a short walk away from Alster Lakes. Great places to eat like a restaurant and restaurants were close by.

Very good location, very short walk from the main train station. Nothing I can actually complain about. Might have been a tiny bit expensive for what it was, but i think that's the case all over Hamburg. If you need somewhere to stay that's central and very easy to get too, you can do a lot worse than here. All the staff spoke decent English too.

We were very pleased with the brand-new and tidy room with a good-sized double bed. the location was easy and comfortable, close to a train station.

The hotel was within a very short distance from the main station, which enabled us to travel around the city easily. The rooms were clean and although quite spartan, were comfortable for the price. The hotel staff were pleasant.

The shared toilets did not have wash basins, although there was one in our room.

The convenient location near the train station made it comfortable, and St Georg district is definitely worth exploring.

my bed was comfy and the room was a nice size and brand-new with shower.

Didnt like anything at all about it, It had no lift, some dodgy staircase you had to lug your gear up, was noisy, heating didnt work properly, had a brothel underneath hotel and hookers in the street, constantly hassling you when you went outside, wasnt up to the standard of being a hotel at all

The location was mad convenient - we could hit up all the rock and jazz bands' gigs and party till dawn. Plus, we were just a short stroll away from the shopping heaven of "Mönckebergstraße". It was sick being able to explore all of Hamburg from our base at the hotel.

The only thing we could ask for was a better nightlife scene around the hotel for young party animals like us. But hey, we still had a sick time!

We needed to stay close to the train station for one night. Kieler Hof is a short walk from the station. Reception staff are helpful. I would recommend the hotel for its location, but travelers looking for experience go somewhere else.

Shower could be in better shape. Toilet room does not have a sink, which may be common in old buildings. Some mattresses may need refreshing - I could feel the springs in mine.
